For this the customers had to be instructed and be installed by hand the software on "Client side". The problem was that an automation of the installation to time the test and introduction phase was not possible. This meant that the SW had to be installed by CD. The moreover one had to be configured the respective user account, since for the use of the Tools administrative rights were necessary actually. Rights were given to the user for the execution of the SW. After the installation the Tool was started and a coworker of the DeTeCSM tried to manufacture the contact to the Remoteclient. On this the user had to then confirm the remote connection. Only after this procedure the service technician in a the position the Client from the distance was to be administered. The test phase in my scope of responsibility expanded since 70 systems. From me to automation an instruction for user was written and passed on to the user. Afterwards a detailed report for the management was written. Planning and realization of a HW and a SW Rollout in the context of a migration Win NT and Win 95 to Win 2000 Prof. Problem description: Aim of the project was it to change in Gummersbach 60 jobs over of the DTAG in three phases from Windows 95 and/or WinNT to Windows 2000 Professor. With this project I was with complete planning, realization and locking configuration. A call center with 20 jobs should be converted. First the areas were visited, in order to analyze the feasibility. After a locking discussion by me a schedule was set up. First with logistics a date of delivery for the HW was agreed upon. Subsequently, with the department of SW a date for the installation. After was the customer admits these dates requested at this time a data protection to be knocked against. For this a server was put to it at the disposal. At the same time the DTAG was assigned, the circuits for the aspect - telephone systems to this date to accomplish. The moreover one the necessary personnel was arranged. A goal was to be worked it with a supply of the hardware on two days.
